Currency

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and tracking information (once dispatched).

Pre-Authorization

When you place an order, your payment method may be pre-authorized for the total order amount. This is a temporary hold and not a charge. The actual charge occurs when your order is confirmed and processed for dispatch.

Failed Payments

If your payment fails, your order will not be placed. Please verify your payment details and try again, or use an alternative payment method. If issues persist, contact your bank or reach out to our support team.

Recurring Payments (VIP Membership)

If you enroll in our EVIA Rewards VIP Membership, you authorize a recurring charge of £29.95 GBP every 30 days to your selected payment method. Refunds
