1. Membership Billing

The EVIA Rewards Membership is a monthly recurring membership billed at €29.95 EUR every 30 days. Your first payment is charged at checkout. You will be charged €29.95 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel.

Recurring billing disclosure: By placing your monthly recurring order for the EVIA Rewards Membership, you will be charged €29.95 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to each transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.

2. Your Exclusive Member Perks

While your membership remains active and in good standing, you unlock:

  • Half-Price Access: A 50% discount on every product in the EVIA London collection.
  • VIP Priority Support: Members move to the front of the line for all customer service inquiries.
  • Express Fulfillment: All member orders are fast-tracked for expedited processing and shipping.

4. Automatic Renewal and Authorization

Your membership renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel. By purchasing the membership, you authorize EVIA London to charge the payment method used at checkout €29.95 EUR every 30 days until cancellation.

5. Electronic Notification and Receipts

You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to each recurring charge, and a receipt after each successful charge.

6. How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, using any of these options:

  1. Log into your Account dashboard and manage your subscription settings.
  2. Visit the Cancel Membership page.
  3. Email us at support@shopevia.com with the subject line "Cancel Membership".

No phone call is required to cancel. Cancellations are processed promptly with no retention steps and no waiting period.

7. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel, your benefits remain fully active until the last day of your current paid billing period. Once that cycle ends, your benefits stop and no further charges are made.

8. Membership Refunds

Membership charges are eligible for a refund request within 14 days of the billing date for that billing cycle. To request a refund, contact support@shopevia.com within 14 days of the charge.

9. Pricing or Benefit Changes

We may update the membership price, included benefits, or terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify active members by email before the change takes effect.

10. Checkout Authorization

By finalizing your checkout, you authorize EVIA London to charge your chosen payment method €29.95 EUR every 30 days according to the terms above. This authorization remains active until you cancel.
