- Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be prioritized for processing on the subsequent business day.
- Upon dispatch from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Anticipated Transit Times
Once your parcel has been handed over to our shipping partners, please anticipate the following delivery windows:
- Europe (EU): 5 to 10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days
- Rest of World: 10 to 20 business days
Please note: These timeframes are estimations. EVIA London cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays stemming from third-party logistics, peak seasonal volume, or customs clearance.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any complimentary shipping privileges—including promotional waivers and exclusive VIP member delivery—will be automatically applied during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch of your parcel, a tracking email will be issued.
- Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the carrier's system to reflect your package's active status.

International Customs & Duties
For international orders, parcels may be subject to localized customs duties, import taxes, or cross-border fees. These are determined by your local government, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not included in your checkout total.
Package Security
EVIA London is unable to assume liability for parcels designated as lost or stolen after the carrier logs a confirmed delivery.
