How long do refunds take?

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Simply visit the Cancel Membership page, email support@shopevia.com, or manage it through your Account dashboard. No phone call required.

Will I be charged after cancelling?

No. Your benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which no further charges are made.
